When Honey Sticks co-founder and preschool operator, Kylie Potton, was looking for safe and natural toys her only option was to import non-toxic crayons. Realising that there was a need for a local product, Honey Sticks was born.

The beeswax to create Honey Sticks is a natural by-product of honey production. The sustainable process causes minimal impact on the environment and gives the crayons a wonderful scent of honey.

The unique chubby shape of Honey Sticks makes them easier for small hands to hold but much more difficult for small hands to break! Honey Sticks co-founder Kylie Potton, has “tested these at preschool and the kids tried to break them but they just can’t, and they love the smell!”
